A design professional with over 20 years of experience, Kathy has designed and managed projects at all stages, from discerning client needs and scope, through implementation and punch of final product installation. Strong communication skills combined with involvement that includes facilitating focus groups with employees, leading project teams, and tracking project communications result in projects that truly reflect client needs. Kathy has effectively planned, managed, and implemented a variety of projects of all sizes in fast-paced corporate environments.

Kathy earned a bachelor's degree in Architecture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and studied architecture and design in Copenhagen, Denmark for a year. She later earned an MBA from Pepperdine University. Out of college, Kathy started working in architectural firms and began to focus on interior spaces and their relationships with the people living and working in them. Her work in space planning and office design is a natural progression of this interest, and she specializes in finding workspace solutions that facilitate productivity and collaboration between employees.
