Residential:Jennifer Nicole Anderson designs spaces to reflect a sense of one's style. From the start of a concept to the finished product, we create a timeless design. We use our knowledge combined with function and nature to make the concept come together.

Staging: Home staging is about creating a multitude of illusions to the eye. We transform the space by accessorizing, updating, organizing, and line streaming furniture to one's home. We accommodate to all perspective buyers. Home Staging is a key to selling a home.

Retail:We love to develop branded environments that positively impact the way customers shop and experience. Projects are approached as a total communication project, translating the strategic direction of a client and the expression of its’ business.

Health Care: Every medical office should have a warm and inviting feel to help put the patient at ease. Our goal is to make sure our doctor’s offices reflect their services and personality.

Restaurant: Every day new fast casual restaurant brands emerge in the marketplace. With all this competition, brand differentiation and staying ahead of the pack is paramount. With the Jennifer Nicole Anderson's team, we can help bring any space to life – function dining space, past meets present, personal, inviting, appealing, comfortable and visually compelling.

Hospitality: Our style is uniquely flexible according to our client’s individual goals and directives. Projects range from clean modernist design to traditional historically based designs, but foremost all of our projects succeed in creating comfortable inviting spaces which enhance the users experience and our clients program.

Fees and Terms:
Current fee is based per hour. A minimum retainer of 40 hours is required once a contract between client and designer has been signed. This contract will define the scope of design services, terms and conditions.

A flat rate design fee is also available for loans for commercial spaces.
